Shipping Information

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2pm during the working week (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

In the case of orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend they will not be processed or dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.

Whilst we try our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible there are some circumstances that are out of our control. This means that we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases. We ship our orders with Parcelforce Worldwide.
