Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2pm during the working week (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
In the case of orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend they will not be processed or dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Whilst we try our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible there are some circumstances that are out of our control. This means that we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases. We ship our orders with Parcelforce Worldwide.

After looking at loads of other brands I decided on Reincoat & I haven’t been disappointed!! It’s been the best coat Iv bought! As a dog walker am out in all weathers so was looking for something that would keep me dry but I wouldn’t get to warm in!! This has been exactly what Iv been looking for!

Great product!
Although I've yet to test my coat in a downpour, it kept me bone dry in a light shower whilst out with my dog. I love the colour, the length and how light it feels. They really have thought of everything. Customer services were super helpful in helping me decide on a size [I couldn't quite believe I could order a small, but they are very roomy]. I decided on the small size and its perfect [I am a shrinking size 18 and didnt want to waste my money on something that would be too big too quickly]. Their responses were very quick as well. And with Bluelight discount too, I think I've bagged a bargain.
Really pleased, went for the large in the end because I have long arms (I'm 5'10") and the medium was a fraction too short for me in the sleeves. The only thing that could make this better is a key pocket between the storm flap and the outer zip so you don't need to unzip your coat to retrieve keys, yes the side pockets zip (and are lovely and roomy) but I don't like keeping keys in outer pockets. But otherwise, a super coat
Great it keeps me totally dry in this horrendous weather without getting too hot.
Only thing is the lining on the end of sleeves at cuff gets sopping wet the waterproof material should have gone inside by an inch or 2.
But the best coat I have bought besides the cuffs.
I am a dog walker so am out in all weathers
