Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2pm during the working week (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
In the case of orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend they will not be processed or dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Whilst we try our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible there are some circumstances that are out of our control. This means that we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases. We ship our orders with Parcelforce Worldwide.

The Reflective Silver Reincoat Lite is perfect for staying safe while walking near traffic. The reflective material is great for visibility, and the coat is super comfy—warm but not too heavy. It’s breathable, so I never overheat during long walks. Very happy with this purchase!
I bought the Reflective Silver Reincoat Lite for walking in the early morning and evening, and it’s fantastic. The visibility is excellent, especially in low light. The coat is lightweight, breathable, and warm enough for cooler days. Great customer service and fast delivery!

Love this coat, keeps me dry when walking the dogs the double zip lets me wear my walking belt with the dogs attached and still keep dry. Not to hot ,roomy and feel safe in the dark. Warm pockets and useful phone pocket
