Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2pm during the working week (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day. Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
In the case of orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend they will not be processed or dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Whilst we try our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible there are some circumstances that are out of our control. This means that we are unable to guarantee 100% next day delivery in all cases. We ship our orders with Parcelforce Worldwide.

Firstly - really like this as a riding / dog walking coat. Probably the best designed long riding coat I have seen. I love the reflective silver: when you wear it it looks just silver but apparently I glow like a Christmas tree! Suitable for hacking from a visibility perspective. It is also definitely very waterproof. So why the 4 stars? A few things: it is a heavy coat, it does weigh a lot. When the hood is folded into the collar it interferes with a riding hat (knocks it forward) - so needs to be out. And the hood is designed (obviously) to go over a riding hat… but when you wear it without is is genuinely enormous and you can’t see anything. The toggles to tighten it then just pull over the eyes… so has to be folded back. So, a few niggles but overall, love it.
Such a great coat; warm, big pockets, super-reflective, I love everything about it. Kept me completely dry while in torrential rain for an hour.
Bought ours at hoys last year! Really lovely company and super quality coats nice and lightweight and fully waterproof!!!!
I love my new coat, it’s so reflective, and it kept me and my saddle dry!
The only two things that I would change is the hood is too big without a riding hat on, I needed to wear a cap to keep it off my face, and it needs more Velcro on the wrist. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Lovely coat very versatile for dog walk or for the yard.
